In news that will surprise no one from Reuters: "UN inquiry says Israel kept committing genocide in Gaza after truce" My dear friend and her family in Gaza have lost everything. They rely on donations. Please give if you can. No amount is too small. And help others. 🙏 chuffed.org/project/1981...
I had no idea that what is now the Alameda Corridor's route was this old. Where Capital's commodities have been flowing from the Ports to Downtown Los Angeles for over 150 years. Deindustrialization of the region made it so the flows mostly move north. It is now in a trench, scarring the L.A. basin.

tbh whenever i hear about "what are we going to do about a.i. when it becomes concious?" i'm like. unplug it. unplug it. it runs on electricity. unplug it. no juice, no a.i. and there are many ways to unplug A.I. just like you stop a pipeline. a.i. is not ethereal it exists in physical data centers.

Large French Trade-Unions, like the CGT, often employ their own security service, not to necessarily protect union members, or others, from the police but to often violently police anyone that gets out of line in their State-sanctioned parades. Anarchos often antagonize them, so this tracks.
Emmanuel Macron warned that the government will ban protests that are not organised by legitimate groups such as unions to prevent a repeat of the rioting and looting that erupted across France last weekend. ft.trib.al/yybAmUz
it's funny now that i think about it that the anarchists here are considered by this academic as "the vanguard" when anarchists are openly anti-vanguardist, but again this falls into classic anarchist theory that being those that push shit further gets ppl to dig it & get into liberating themselves.
