Giving Mandala Scrubs another try today, my order should be arriving and fingers crossed that they fit this time! Trying out a new, trendier style of scrub pants and I really hope they look cute! 👉🏻👈🏻

Fuck me, the top was -perfect- but I'm unfortunately between sizes on their pants and the smalls were too damn small on my ass and thighs. I'm so mad. Guess I'll have to cough up more $$$ and try Figs.

I will say though, this habit of adding on these last minute surgeries with less than 2 hours of our workday left is getting a bit ridiculous. There is no way we can do prep, surgery, recovery and sterilization of the OR and tools in 2 hours, so they're setting us all up to stay late....

Also, watching the blonde and brunette chicks from Little Big Town have a full on nonverbal fight on stage was so fucking funny. Then watching them have to sing together and they're awkwardly imitating each other's hand movements while singing. It's awful 😂

Having our monthly team meeting today and I think one topic will be that the company is starting to come around to the idea of using unpaid time off on days we want to leave early. It only makes sense, we're so fucking slow for procedures rn and otherwise they'll have to potentially lay people off.

Also yep, they're coming around to this and will allow it on a case-by-case basis w/certain rules, like staying past lunchtime, etc. so that everyone gets a lunch (w00t). Today's a perfect day to leave early, but they're getting us lunch and I might as well just stay and get paid for an easy day.

I'm glad to see the coaster community is taking the Goliath incident seriously. The investigation into what will obviously reveal more details, but happy to see unaffiliated parks like Sea World being diligent and temporarily closing their B&M coasters to ensure safety protocols are followed.

After the whole shit with X-2 and now Goliath, Six Flags has a lot to answer for and should probably take this time to seriously re-evaluate safety measures on all of their attractions.
