Shit in my life seems like it’s gonna hit the fan big time
Shan’t elaborate until I have all the details, and my escape route planned out, posts might be sporadic while I figure out this bullshit
Real quick sketch based on a dream that I had about a Cyberpunk 2077 horse exotic guy loosely inspired by Art Arfons and Craig Breedlove's jet land speed record car antics
The wolf rescue FB account that I volunteer for got flagged today for wishing someone ‘happy birthday’?? Like it was soliciting money or some shit? WHAT
I have many reasons myself, if you’d asked me six years ago I’d say “they’re cheap”
If you asked me now, I’d still say that, but that’s more of a backup to my love for customising them, you don’t feel bad doing crazy shit to a model you spent less than a weeks worth of food on
Had people asking me again why I model with mostly vintage items, so I’m seriously tempted to make a video explaining my reasons for such
I have a few already, but I know some of you guys share my “old better” mentality so I’d like to hear from you lot too :)
Finally found the photo of the one I was actually looking for; Ian Coburn’s from the 1990s, which used modified Castle chassis’s and 8F bodies (note the larger wheels, and the steeper dip at the front of the footplate)
I've finally got back to designing locos after a few months, and I've just started work on the LSWR B4 locomotive. It's currently a work in progress, but this will later be a body kit for the Hornby 0-4-0 chassis. #modelrailway#3Ddesign#Blender
Starting to pack my trains away up at dads, partly because of the potential move I might be doing if all goes to plan, mostly because they aren’t being run, since I haven’t been at dad’s much, so they’re just out gathering dust
The stuff at mum’s I’m gonna keep out a while, mainly to stop me going insane and keep my mind occupied, partly to not lead on that I want to move out, since mum doesn’t know yet and I’m dreading the day I finally have to tell her
A quick sketch of Rebecca the Pacific and one of her friends, Molly the Mastodon.
Realized I had not drawn them together recently and wanted to get a sense of the size difference between the Pacific and the M-class

The narrowest gauge industrial railway in the world was fucking OO gauge
A Hornby Dublo 4MT transported radioactive material for the Atomic Energy Authority because the chamber was too toxic for humans to enter
I think my car has a coolant leak
Mum prides herself in just giving me her old car instead of selling it like dad did, but at least the car dad made me pay for worked
MOT is next week, so we’ll see how fucked it is, but my hopes aren’t high
Not sure how much time I’m gonna have to work on models, so I may as well try get the ball rolling on some, starting with this Graham Farish 8100 Large Prairie body I picked up over the Warley event
Here's the first test of my #3Dprinted Turbomotive body kit, now cast in resin. I'm so happy with how it turned out but I think I need to remake the mold with some necessary tweaks. Overall, it's a good proof of concept and managed to turn a 7 hour print into a 10 minute cast. #modelrailway
I've just set up these new shelves in order to get my collection off my desk and on display. This isn't every loco I own just the ones I had out. #modelrailway
Tonight’s adventure: Jay gets sent solo to pick up a massive £70 chippy order for the family she hates
Oh well, fingers crossed I’ll be moving out soon, plans are hopefully being put into motion

Drinks oil, brakes feel too weak at times, steering jitters when going above 70, and because of how mum drove it, 5th gear’s synchros are worn out, so it doesn’t like coming out of 5th
I've spent today getting my #3Dprinted Turbomotive ready for resin casting. I've printed the boiler at the lowest layer height and it has an amazing finish, I can barely tell it's FDM printed. Then I've created the silicon mold. This is 1 part of a 2 part mold which I'll explain later. #modelrailway
