I sincerely hope that whoever’s the next democrat president, goes after this corrupt little shit, locks him up and throws away the god damn key.

This is a lie. Abdul El-Sayed clearly disavowed the Muslim Brotherhood before delivering a masterclass on the First Amendment and religious freedom - a constitutional rebuke of Tommy’s Christian nationalism. Sen. Ted Cruz is lying.

I've convicted over 350 fraudsters, one every 8 days. Ron knowingly took donations from fraudsters who stole $1.6 million from the government. Who do you think is really serious about fighting fraud?

crazy moment in Minnesota as AG Keith Ellison torches Republican Ron Schutz for accepting donations from fraudsters — and Schutz admits it

Great article overall, but you should at least read the beginning about the relatively low level of MN corruption. And this ending: "If Democrats run and hide every time Republicans yell 'Black people, fraud,' they will lose. Because Republicans always yell 'Black people, fraud.'"

David Brooks pearl-clutching over John Ossoff calling a white nationalist a “white nationalist,” as if the problem with violent white nationalism is people objecting to it, illustrates this point as well as humanly possible.

Nicholas Grossman@nicholasgrossman.bsky.social

Ossoff is acting like Trump/MAGA/GOP and what they’ve done to the country is Actually Bad. Charismatic and well spoken, which sure helps. But no “my friends across the aisle,” no acting like the imaginary “Baileys” are the only ones who matter, no “don’t talk values, only kitchen table.” That’s it.

Does Polymarket have a betting line on whether Donald Jr. will get pardoned before his father leaves office? If not, why not?

Anybody else thinking that having three carrier groups in one area allows bad stuff to happen against the fleet or elsewhere in the world?

If you want to really know how the outrage machine gets fired up: 1. Schmitt plans to drop “bombshell” on Smith 2. Someone plants story that Schmitt is a Vance VP contender to run same day 3. Right-wing Twittersphere gets talking points 4. Schmitt steps in it 5. Scheduled tweets go out anyway

“The total amount of incremental AI revenue — from their AI business, not, in the case of Amazon, e.g., from their shipping you cat food—needed to just break even in the next 10 years is roughly equal to all the revenue these firms earned in the past 10 years.”

Let me translate the warnings of the AI boys into normal English: "If they don't get protection from the government, they won't be ridiculously rich." Is that clear?

Vietnam veterans are suing to stop a 250ft eyesore near Arlington. Trump's answer? Reclassify it as a "top grade Military Complex" with roof snipers and drones. Desecrating sacred ground for a dystopian sniper nest—who is he preparing to fight? We, the people?
