My name is Fred Wood, and I'm a game developer from San Antonio TX primarily working on DELTARUNE and frequently tinkering away on much smaller things. Everything I do can be found at kuso.ge

I want my indie games at 30mb and my AAA games at 210gb and I don't want anything in between.

These obscenely expensive items will only be on the store for a few days tops, before they go into storage. No hard feelings if they don't sell, their values are absurd.

A record that changed my brain forever. Good read.

On the 30th anniversary of "Endtroducing....", @agspinelli.bsky.social spoke w/ DJ Shadow about creating his instrumental hip-hop masterpiece, forming the SoleSides crew, sample clearance, the influence of DJ Premier & Prince Paul, David Axelrod, Twin Peaks & more. www.powmag.net/p/dj-shadow-...

I cannot believe how high 3DS family systems have gone in value. I have been sitting on some that I picked up years ago and forgot about. They're worth $350+, yeesh

I threw them on ebay but I'm also gonna toss em on my site for what I'd get minus the eBay fees I don't expect they'll sell.

It's funny, the game took about two days to get working and playable, and the rest has taken months. That's game dev, baby.

trying to tank my career by posting stuff like "peter griffin is hung like a coke can" on linkedin but all I get are Support reactions and replies like "Thanks for sharing!" and "Would love to learn more!"

I guess XBox added their equivalent of Platinum Trophies, so I retroactively got these Mythic Achievements. It's silly, but also kinda neat.

Played with a folding phone for a bit while waiting for a ride pickup at Best Buy and I'm really into the passport sized ones, just wish they were a tiny bit less wide. I could see myself using one as my daily driver.

I know folks have dunked on the quality of BioWare's catalogue over the last decade, but they were trying and they were a powerhouse. You have to mismanage that pretty horrifically to fuck it up this bad.

Holy shit, Marathon for $25 is a steal.

A little life update from me: I'm moving to Japan! We've been tryin' to do this for quite some time, and I've been approved for a 3-year visa! I'll be moving in about a month and am very excited for the opportunity to live a very different life with my wife and pets.

A big part of this move to Japan is filling out forms and checking them 30 extra times to make sure I haven't filled it out in a way that will get me thrown out of the country.

excited to announce my next game with its launch trailer

My wife bought me this Protoman kit when we first started dating. This is a really good reissue and if I wasn't moving to Japan in a month I would buy it immediately.

RJ spoke at a Rutgers event during the height of Breaking Bad's popularity. Afterwards, he posted on his social media later on that he was at a local New Brunswick bar and invited people to come say hello. I went and got to chat with him for about 25 minutes one-on-one - such a kind soul.

Honestly, a brilliant way to market your service while also providing a useful tool to help your users use your service. But then again, how'd that work out for 'em?

I haven't taken the bus in San Antonio in a minute, but I used to spend hours on it every day. There's something a little magical about playing Shadow of the Colossus (PS2) on the bus.
