I'm still in awe that the SciArt Feed 🐡 reached over 5,000 Likes. Thank you all for sharing your creative work, and sharing the feed.

This is #TorontoDanforth THIS FRIDAY! We'll have music & fairy lights O% and protest signs & best of all vibes! We roll out from the Bikesauce shop at 5:30pm Can't meet us at BikeSauce? Look for a cargo bike with loud music & flag. Bring water, snacks & lights! Can't wait to see you there! #BikeTO

The first genuinely honest ad for generative AI I've ever seen, from Microsoft / CoPilot A mediocre white guy sees his non-white colleague getting praised for good work, he asks AI to *literally copy it*, and then he gets all the praise instead: www.ispot.tv/ad/SoDi/micr...

A lot to process. But very pleased I get to keep repeating, whenever bike lanes are on the ballot, Toronto says Yes. (Or at least Toronto doesn't say No.)

My Torontohenge, from Friday. #TOphoto

It's really good to see a city stand up for itself. We should do that more often.

fwiw, Chow earned a bigger vote share than Lula

BREAKING: Brad Bradford changes mind on cops, Sankofa Square, becoming mayor of Toronto

Fantastic fantastic fantastic Our Mayor. #TOpoli

C’mon Toronto lock it down, be awesome, let’s go Olivia

If you're in line to be mad at Doug Ford for outlawing municipal ranked ballots STAY IN LINE

Mass Effect was my ultimate white whale, my all-time dream project. For the last couple years I'd been in discussion w/ BioWare & EA to take on the project & as part of that I wrote close to 20 minutes of music to explore where the franchise can go next, may as well share it!

Toronto water is the best water. Vote for @mayoroliviachow.ca. #TOpoli

I caaaaaan’t sit through any more bike lane discourse that presupposes you can’t cycle in Toronto “for half the year” because it’s too cold. Toronto has the mildest bitch baby winters there are! Please be soooo serious

Get out there and re-elect Olivia Chow, Toronto. Be the Brazil you want to see in the world. #topoli

Hey #BikeTO! #CriticalMass will be back THIS FRIDAY! Meet 6 PM for 6:30 PM departure with the location to be determined. And don't forget to vote before polls close at 8 PM tonight. #TOpoli #ONpoli #VisionZero

Café Diplomatico really leaning into the Diplomatic part

Last Sunday: <doorbell rings> <Lady with Brad Bradford flyer> Me: Oh no. No thank you! Lady: But he's my son!! Me: I ride a bike every day. So do my kids. No way BB's mom: He just wants lanes where they make sense Me: There is no parallel route. No. BB's mom: I respect your opinion Me: Jesus Christ

You had better be voting, #Toronto! I voted for Olivia Chow. I think she's not always good at communicating her achievements, but they have been quite significant. I think Brad Bradford is a poor candidate and mediocre men should not be in positions of great power. Use your vote!

Let me add, as someone originally from West Virginia, that you really do not want to risk the consequences of compromising the infrastructure that keeps your drinking water clean. Especially if you have kids.

It’s nice when a global fascist movement can crumble without millions of people dying.

A reminder that you can see my solo show, Forces of Nature, at Harmony Hall through November 7. It's free. There's parking. I hardly ever have a solo show. You should go. #sciart www.pgparks.com/event_list/m...

The cool thing about illustrating medical books is that I get to learn about how our bodies are put together... and then later all the different ways that can go wrong. Like, the only thing attaching one of your forearm bones to your elbow is just a little hoop of calamari it can pop right out of!

Next Anatomy moth is cooking. Pelvis bones and ribcage will be two more moths I will make, other bones or insides are not working well, but feel free to drop me ideas what else could be used for a moth concept! #SciArt #InsectArt

Mask is off with only a minor mishap. Time for a few detail touch ups, painting in the sides, and varnish. I'll be done for the show! It opens Nov 5th at @btpbrewery.bsky.social at 7pm. Come see all the art, maybe buy some! (cash only!) #art #SciArt #invertart

I would be so much more smug about Canadian politics vs US if not for our provincial elections. Wtf are we doing guys. Seriously 🤦‍♂️

Why to herbivore mammals have so many teeth with such complex shapes? I don't wanna model more teeth! 😭 I did 13 already, surely that's plenty of teeth? (There are still 9 more to go, and I'm mirroring it so only have to do half.) (WIP 3d model of a Macrauchenia skull.) #PaleoArt #3dModeling
