Dean Miller was a Reform councillor in Bromley when ITV filmed him. He claimed King Charles is secretly a Muslim who needs to be decapitated and described black children as “animals”. He has now resigned from the party.

Chris Whelan, elected for Reform in May, was secretly filmed discussing sexually assaulting a female Reform candidate and making sexual comments about another, including that he would still bathe her if she were his daughter. He resigned on 12 October, citing “personal and health grounds”.
