What do you do when you're burned out on being the leader, the person who organizes things that folks enjoy, that makes the plans? I stepped back from all of that, and now I'm just burned out AND lonely. Ain't no cure for the summertime blues, I guess.

I encourage anyone who designs games to look at early works like B&B. It's fascinating! There are so many ideas in it, and so many of them could have spun off into other games. It refuses to tell you explicitly what you do, or how it is "meant" to be played. It has dueling rules!
