Flávio Bolsonaro just lost in Brazil. Viktor Orban lost in Hungary. On Tuesday Benjamin Netanyahu will lose in Israel. Come next Tuesday we will win the midterms and take first step to destroying MAGA and putting Trump in prison! (That must be our goal)

More blood on his hands.

Not for nothing, I have never heard Jan Crawford disavow the Muslim Brotherhood, and I just think that is very interesting and rather troubling.

as others have pointed out, this is how a good teacher handles a(n intentionally) difficult student -- you take them seriously, then dismantle the premise of their point

I am a type 1 diabetic, and last night Dexcom forced me to agree to a new terms of use in order to continuing using the app and view my blood glucose data. Glad I had the foresight to "view agreements" and then copy the entire document. Because there appears to be NO WAY TO VIEW IT AGAIN. And...

Incredible reporting!

Sometimes, what — or, who — isn’t pictured is just as important as what is. Watch research reporter @amierjeski.bsky.social explain how ProPublica figured out a Russian oligarch bankrolled much of Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding.

Did not know that Expedia is even more evil than Amazon!

No matter where you shop, you're getting screwed by Amazon. Amazon has found a way to make everything you buy - at Target, at a mom-and-pop shop, even direct from the manufacturer - more expensive. And they're not the only one: Expedia's done the same thing, but for hotel rooms.

I'm in The Crimson today asking Harvard to "reboot" our relationship with AI by: matching investments in AI with investments in reading and writing; (re)constructing "analog" education infrastructure; and developing regulations from the bottom up (incl. departments and faculty committees).

thecrimson.comReboot AI | The Harvard CrimsonHarvard is overwhelmed by the volume and variety of issues related to AI. Trying to load too many processes simultaneously, we are incapable of running any of them. We need to reboot.

Not only did I meet Robert Kraft, I worked for him. His kid Jonathan asked me to “remove the black music” from my gameday playlist in ‘94 & I refused so they fired me. I was the cheerleader director at the time. I sued them for wrongful termination and won. So yes, I know that motherfucker.

Did you ever meet Bob Kraft?

Wow—this is a good one. Taking the piss out of Bezos. His fundamental inhumanity skillfully skewered here.

Jeff Bezos and I are very different people. For one thing, he is a sociopathic billionaire who built his fortune by monopolizing bookselling while I am a penniless author of books. He was born in 1964 and is 62; I was born in 1971 and am 55.
