"sorry buddy, get in the crystal" has completely taken over my lexicon the past few weeks

Well I know what I'll be testing my floating dpad on when the weekend rolls up. Amazing to see this get a demo after years and years and years of hard work!

Went and saw Wildwood tonight and it was a good time! My first Laika movie I've seen in theaters, actually. It felt very nice to see a stop motion movie in theater when so much handmade art is being undervalued.

Finished with Thriller Bark in One Piece. Was kinda sour on the arc at first considering it was coming off of Enies Lobby but damn if it didn't grow on me. Some incredible jokes in there, too.

Couldn't stop thinking about pathetic spider donut so I decided to draw him

sitting on an important work conference call right now but all i can think about is how i could easily demolish a box of triscuits rn

one of the coolest things about filmmaking has always been what i really can only describe as visual sleight of hand. stuff like this, achieved through some incredibly creative thinking, is such an absolute delight.

ugly binch pond has been living rent free in my head the past few days

i really said "i'm going to be totally normal about not going to Combo Breaker this year" and then halfway through day 1 make this

Busting out the flannel and hoodies. Eagerly awaiting it to be cold enough to wear a beanie nearly every moment I'm awake. I'm so fucking ready for Fall.

I love music

Honest to god thinking of either getting a DS Lite or one of those dual screen Anbernics to play DS games because I hate the circle pad on the 3DS and its dpad placement is super uncomfortable

the weather has gotten cold and rainy, and the remaining leaves are losing their bright yellow hue. you know what that means: time to listen to Dashboard Confessional's MTV Unplugged live album a few times

When I first started my IT job, one of my first tasks alongside a massive software and hardware rollout was to configure each individual printer across the ~15 locations down to the millimeter for an arcane program used for printing. I became "the printer guy", a sort of IT sin eater

i've described minneapolis as being like a neo-chicago in that you can bring it up by name and make conservatives scared (complimentary) would love to live up there, ngl every time i visit i love that area more and more

Chicago tradition reigns as Xrd setups have taken over the hotel atrium as the event ends hell yeah

3. Ricki Hirsch @rickihirsch.bsky.social If you ask me who the most underappreciated video essayist is, I'm windmill slamming Rick Hirsh final answer. While Hirsch mosly talks about manga & anime, the intersection of psychology and the trans experience often overlaps with games.

HOW DARE

every single year i gotta turn off these fuckass discord halloween notification sounds

dont ever forget what square enix took from us #ffxiv

people talk shit about the literal ice cream sandwich that pops up on scrandle from time to time but i bet this thing goes hard if you lightly toast that bread first

mbaacc is so fucking cool goddamn

one of my favorite things about owning a Zune (zune mentioned!!!) was that you could plug it into your 360 and play music on it that would replace the in-game soundtrack but still allow for sound effects. i played so much burnout paradise while listening to eurobeat because of this and it ruled

“Finish every day and be done with it.” Ralph Waldo Emerson writes to his daughter in 1854.

straight up frankin my sinatra

I've had multiple people tell me over the past week or so that I give off "the goofy uncle" vibes and folks I can't think of a better way to live life. Be a goofball and be silly and make people smile and tell your friends you love them.

The loser that made the "Button Check" yt made a second channel called "Frame Trapped" just FYI in case you wanna block that garbage as well.

Please throw a few bucks her way if you can!

Titanium Court ($11.24) - a fusion of RTS and tower defense and match 3 with a sense of humor and writingthat feels like it comes by way of influence of The Phantom Tollbooth, a lil bit of Douglas Adams, Gilbert and Sullivan, and some Jon Bois. store.steampowered.com/app/2364580/...
