At the time I went by, I didn't see anything occurring (whatever happened had already happened) so I'm going to follow up. We saw PPB data at a recent Council meeting showing that more officers respond to each call now than in the past - this is an efficiency AND public safety concern I share.

Why are SIXTEEN COPS who make $70 an hour,minimum, required to arrest 1 homeless man in a sweatshirt with a couple plastic bags. There are still 8 of them just milling around out there, doing nothing. Leaning against cars, drinking coffee, blocking traffic. This is my tax money, wasted.
