I think the still makes Junior’s decision look a lot worse than it appeared live, when you could see how his momentum and body positioning were a factor.

one of the few reasons I stay on the other site is just because players are there, and it's funny because: Votto is saying people who think there was a play at 1B are stupid Pham is saying if JC just throws to 1B, the inning is over

After seeing him live for the first two times this weekend, Junior Caminero's quality of contact reminds me of young Pujols, and that gave me an even greater appreciation for Pujols doing it with a sub-10% K% from his age-23-to-29 seasons.

Part of the discussion on our episode coming out this afternoon, where would you choose to bat Chandler Simpson if you were calling the shots for the Rays? Their Game 2 Lineup 👇

Anything is possible.

Wisconsin is one of two states I've lived in whose insularity leads to the kind of evolutionary cultural craziness you find in animals in the Galapagos or language in isolated settlements. This is what hath been wrought in the name of sausage

Three interesting things about the starting lineups. The Brewers put their lefties back-to-back in *three* parts of the lineup. Jonny DeLuca (sneaky good against high velo FB) in against a RHP instead of Cedric Mullins, Ben Williamson in for Richie Palacios.

I think "Adam Jetski" is going to be a Dude.

Another fun part about the Brewers-Rays matchup is looking at each team's respective farm systems. Per MLB Pipeline, there are 10 combined Top 100 prospects between those clubs. Four of them are in the top 20, including No. 1 prospect Jesús Made. Loaded organizations. www.mlb.com/milb/prospec...

Wait until they try the sausages.

I love all of the national media posts about the Brewers. Did you know their logo is a ball and glove? Did you know they were the Seattle Pilots?

Let this man be a GM.

The most humbling job in sports is "guy who makes 33 regular-season starts only to find out his team would rather do 10 bullpen games than let him pitch in the postseason"

Blake Snell left in the game too long last night. Kevin Cash trying to squeeze one inning more out of his starter than he should. At last the circle is complete.

I can’t be the only one who sees the words Miller High Life insurance beer and hears Ueck saying them in my head.

And I just opened a Miller High Life insurance beer

I also think Joe Davis has done a nice job in this series.

The entire internet seems to think the Fox play-by-play guy is in the tank for the Dodgers, because he works for them the rest of the year. I just don't hear that at all. He's very good at this and if you are looking for national media Dodger favoritism you can find it elsewhere

Going to break this down with Jed on the Wednesday episode...just an incredible sequence with two outs in the third that paved way for Yelich’s two-run single….

they definitely have a commercial for some app that does like "relaxation sounds" or whatever that is just [30 seconds of silence with text on the screen] so I have to imagine you can do this

Familiarity against a pitcher (even though they can change a lot over the course of career BvP splits) paired with declining stuff, and being on the road (home team uses a Trajekt) seems like a very tough combo. On the other hand, nobody in the majors has taken more than four PA against Ray Kerr.
