Happy #screenshotsaturday, y'all. Everyone tells new devs to start learning by cloning games like Pong. My advice: don't stop at Pong. However long you've been at it, recreating games or mechanics you like (or don't like) helps you understand the hows and whys better than just playing.

I have mixed feelings about Marathon 2026 but if it dies there will be an irreplaceable hole left in me. I doubt we'll get another extraction game with this level of detail, effort, and innovation put into the world and lore. Also, it's the only game I consistently meet kind and patient teammates.
