For more than 50 years the world has agreed to pay for oil in petrodollars. The US in turn reaped trillions in sales of US treasuries. With than excess investment in the US economy the US tacetly accepted the job of security the world against authoritarianism.

Now that US president Trump is no longer willing to hold up the US’s side of the bargain. Other countries have no reason to keep using petrodollars. That would lead to the collapse of the US economy.

Maybe its a good time for a little Executive Order (EO) primer, a few wee tools for sorting wheat from chaff so it seems like less of a deluge. Item 1. EOs have to comply with the Constitution & laws, including acts of Congress. Any that don't will face long court battles before anything changes. /1
