The now living blend of chemicals went on a rampage creating a massive foe for the world of DC comics.

#Monster Menagerie 25: Raven lunatic The Dragon Quest series has a myriad of unique monsters. First appearing in Dragon Quest III, the raven lunatic was the first enemy to be able to attack twice in one turn. It became a staple enemy and has one of the best pun names of the series.

#Monster Menagerie 24: Vodyanoy In Slavic mythology is the vodyanoy, a shape shifting water dwelling creature said to resemble a nude bald man who sometimes resembles a frog. The vodyanoy is known to destroy dams, drown animals, and drag people to its home to serve as slaves.

#Monster Menagerie 23: The Alien 1982's 'Nightbeast' is not a good movie, but the amateur work done by Maryland filmmaker Don Dohler definitely has it's charms. Unlike his other films this one features more explicit gore effects from the unnamed alien that work well in spite of the low budget.

#Monster Menagerie 21: Big Green Chuchu The Minish Cap is my favorite Zelda game. I loved how the game played on the series trope of dual worlds, one being the land of Hyrule and the other being a miniature world of the Picori. In that world a humble enemy like the Chuchu can is giant threat.

#Monster Menagerie 19: The Metaluna Mutant 1955's 'This Island Earth' is pretty typical for a 50's sci-fi movie. It has it's dry spots, it has its special effects, and most importantly it has one of the most memorable alien monsters of the era.
