She's right, you know. Florida EV looks *that* good. Do NOT sleep on Florida, it is as winnable as it has ever been since 2018 right now. And I have to say that it's pretty obvious Angie Nixon has run a fantastic campaign.

Florida is worth fighting for. I know it and you do too. Down here on the ground, we know something the pundits and donor class seem unable to see: Floridians are ready for change and we are the heroes we've been waiting for to see us through. #AngieforFlorida

I'm going to try to do this cleanly. Today's right wing governments are networked to each other. Those networks are well-documented. You can read about them in books. Following the elections in one node of that network is good practice for understanding the U.S. node.

I just think Matt's wrong about this. We're at a point in our technological development where a ton of problems spill over national borders--if Flavio Bolsonaro burns down the Amazon, that will flood houses in Miami.

It always comes back to this for me; if AI was so good, such a disclosure would be a selling point. If AI was everything these slop jockeys said it was, they should be proud to let people know their game was AI made. But the proof is in the pudding, and they can't stand that people don't want it.

Thats… not at all how it works? Like even at a basic math level. Its like this: Greater evil = +5 Lesser evil = +1 Lesser good = -1 Greater good = -5 When you follow greater evil with a bunch of lesser evils those evils are still ADDITIVE to evil. 5+1+1+1+1+1=10

"Online Rent-a-Sage" Bret Devereaux@bretdevereaux.bsky.social

It is, fundamentally, an exercise of choosing the lesser evil, over and over and over again, so that the total amount of evil in the system decreases over time. And you must keep doing it, because - since evil is easy - good is easily reversed.
