Whether it's in a video game or in real life, having the right soundtrack can make a world of difference!

This is such a wild statement, to not make stuff for specific audiences, and I do see a lot of that, even in game dev. Don't listen to that advice, please do very specific merch for very specific audiences, if people wanted generic stuff they can get it at walmart already! Those shirts rule btw!

The silver lining about this is, maybe devs will stop trying to make games with bs gimmicks that are just "this game but with that twist". I wanna see more adventures! More storytelling! More little things that combine together to create an experience! You can't replicate that with a prompt!

I would be making games, like I do now, but I would be way better off because I wouldn't have wasted so much time believing other people telling me it's not a real job and I needed to do something that was more well-paid and respectable, whatever that means. Believe in your dreams, folks!
