yea wd2 is actually really fun and really cool. as far as open world city crime games go the scope for this game is on the same level as san andreas

scope as in this game is actually huge and has interesting and cool things to see and do and none of it feels repetitive really and a lot of the game just feels nicely polished. i can't believe im actually saying that about a ubisoft game

design wise they are god damn spectacular but i never do see people play them much in my games now cause they do have remarkably cumbersome kits that takes a specific kind of player to enjoy

now i don't think they have massively complex kits or anything but it is a lot easier to both get and see the value out of rat king or violet or nurse harrow. you see them played a lot and you see them doing a lot.
