I came across Blades, which is positioned as a successor to Pico, offering full compatibility and active support by @any.digital

PicoCSS upstream is no longer maintained. But there’s a maintained fork: Anyblades. FastHTML is switching behind the scenes so “PicoCSS” stays viable.
