BREAKING: The Missouri Supreme Court has ordered Republican Secretary of State Denny Hoskins to appear in person Thursday and explain why he should not be held in contempt for allegedly violating the court’s injunction blocking Trump-backed congressional maps. 1/

The court specifically pointed to Hoskins’ email instructing counties to use the new HB 1 map despite the injunction. Hoskins must file his response by noon tomorrow. Oral arguments are set for Thursday morning, and the court is requiring him to personally appear. 2/2
