Hey all, looking for my next role! - I do a lot of agent tooling & AI stuff - My home stack is Laravel / PHP but I am a swiss army knife - Love to work with Typescript, Hono, etc.. - I do devops, running teams, EM and even some product. DMs open, RT / share welcomed πŸ™

Open source: - In Laravel core I built the UseFactory decorator - Fixed bugs in Laravel AI - Added a little DX spice to Prism - Contributor to GCP AI tooling - Random Laravel docs contributions - Superpowers port for Reasonix harness And a lot more github.com/christophera...

My bread and butter: Backend stacks: PHP, Laravel, Typescript (Hono, express, NestJS etc) Frontend: Nuxt, Next, Vue, Tailwind etc.. Devops: Docker, CI/CD, AWS, GCP Management: Been a tech lead, EM, worked with product, sales, anything people facing.

3 days in and I'm burning my first CD in 21 years.

My phone for the next 30 days. See ya'll on the other side πŸ‘‹ #dumbphone

We need a good tooling eval suite that measures the delta between what a tool does and what the harness already does and 100x better. "Every time your agent starts, it forgets everything it knows. Introducing a new memory backend for agents"

Maybe the BBC should get someone who actually knows what he is talking about then.

Pwn Day 2026 now has a live scoreboard: 29 CVEs / 7 projects / 4 major non-CVE incidents in the seed tally, plus a watcher polling cvelistV5/main every 3 minutes for new records rated 9+. It caught two more before I finished the page. https://pwn-day.wisp.place/

one of my favorite things about AI is writing a really poorly articulated philosophical stance i have about any random thing and asking it to tell me the name of what I'm describing and it almost always gives me some good reads or just goes "yeah thats buddhism again bud"

Another round of layoffs this morning. I was once again spared, so far, but the day is young. Every month I have to wonder if my foxhole is next.

We have a little swamp area behind our house. Big medieval fantasy vibes. Taken with a #Campsnap v2 with "superior" filter. Also, I spelled medieval correctly on the first try. Please clap.

Burn this chart in your brain for the next time you even feel remotely guilty about cutting out a little early or asking for a fair wage.

Hard agree with this. I've gutted basically my entire harness setup. I keep context7 and RTK. That's about it.

a weird inversion with LLMs is the models improve faster than the tinkerers when i see people with custom workflows and setups they're all addressing problems that don't exist anymore the person naively using vanilla codex is more likely to be experiencing state of the art

A beautiful camera still working after nearly 50 years. What a devastating failure to maximize shareholder value πŸ‘Ž

Going from writing the code ourselves to managing agents feels a lot like athletes who retire and become coaches. Your job is now to give the agent all the correct guidance and tooling it needs to perform at its best.

I recently shipped a production grade call center flow using GECx Agent Studio (like n8n for agents built by google). I spent all my focus setting up my harness correctly for context and guardrails and idomatic best practices. Almost zero time learning the nitty gritty config api.

Knowing how to set up a harness for a stack you do not know is the new meta skill IMO. I don't know the API for Agent Studio, but I know how to set up deterministic gates for json schema and provide token efficient context. I think this is the future (..for better or worse)

When something goes wrong, you don't run out onto the field and push the ball over the goal line yourself. You coach the player. You fix the inputs.

I think the bigger flex is not success, it's public bravery. Everyone who is successful looks like a genius in hindsight. That's the easy part. The hard part is posting your work despite the incoming deluge of ReplyGuysβ„’ No matter if you fail, just posting your work puts you among the elite.

It's always the people who create nothing that are first to argue why other's creations aren't a big deal.

After spending some time back in California, I'm even more convinced of US east coast supremacy. I love this state, but how do they let the east coast get a 3 hour head start?? Let's go we got stuff to do.
