Nice little update to Bluesky that is these little links buttons. Just implemented @arabmisfits.com ones

Every card in The Arab League of Misfits carries a piece of our culture, history, and even nature. Today we highlight "The Voice of Conscience," inspired by the #Palestinian Sunbird (the national bird of the country), representing freedom across borders. #indiegames

With Arabic and French being one of our core target languages for the game, we figured it was about time we localized the website. Arabic: arabmisfits.com/ar French: arabmisfits.com/fr #WishlistWednesday #indiegames

Happy to take part in @wlovegames.bsky.social for the second time. I'll be bringing a panel focused on how you can implement undeserved culture in all aspects of game development, by using the example of our work on Le Cabinet du @savoirludique.com's @arabmisfits.com . #indiegames

The Arab League of Misfits is built on the DNA of our Arabic culture: from devastating history to unforgettable viral memes! Today’s reveal is Shut Up Your Mouse, based on the viral 2014 video, illustrated by our Art Director @theahmedraafat.bsky.social. #indiegames #egypt

If it was ONLY MATH but it's using RegEx quantum mechanics to extract numbers together with keywords from card texts in English, French, and Arabic... apply modifications to them in the right order and then putting them back in the right spot 🤣💀

✍️ No Games for Genocide Xbox boycott pledge signed Most of our team have been individual signers for a while of the @nogamesforgenocide.com and as you would assume, those behind The Arab League of Misfits refuse to associate with any corporation complicit in the ongoing genocide.

Our Lead Programmer, Zein Okko, launched a 50% off sale for their game: Soulblaze. If you enjoy monster taming combined with deckbuilding, grab a copy on Steam or Itch.io to support their independent work.

#indiegames

Did you know that missing credits can ruin careers, yet countless devs are excluded? Our alpha build for The Arab League of Misfits has a complete credits sequence. It might not be much for some, but all of our contributors (and of course licenses) get attribution on day one. #indiegames #ALoM

Rasheed's craft deserves to be out there for everyone. The least anyone can do is wishlist this project.

First time I worked on localizing to something that doesn't read from left to right. Again, #Godot does an amazing job providing easy locale-based direction switching for UI and Labels. Fun challenge and learned a lot! I read Arabic like a pre-schooler so help from @nazihfares.com much appreciated!

!الشطارة والصمود صاروا بالعربي Arabic localization for The Arab League of Misfits is obviously massive priority. We are completing the final tweaks of what will be the first ever Arabic card game. Yalla wishlist: go.arabmisfits.com/steam #WishlistWednesday #Indiegames

I was spoiled and got a sneak peek at the @arabmisfits.com 👀 Can't believe I won against all those perfectly insane cards! 🧆 سبحان الله, الحمد لله #indiegame #indiedev

Our game as you would expect, is a direct defiance of that eternal post-9/11 propaganda, fuelled by endless military shooters which reduced our people to faceless cannon fodder. The Arab League of Misfits has always been made to reclaim the narrative and build something that finally speaks for us.

🎦 We decided to leak this full Shatara versus Sumood gameplay footage before our aunties target our studio for exposing their secrets. Wishlist the game before we are forced to delete this: go.arabmisfits.com/steam #indiegames #TrailerThursday

While our team does QA our build internally, the best bug reports rest in the chaotic hands of one our team member's kids. He breaks the game effortlessly by clicking illogical sequences we would never consider. Go wishlist #ALoM in honor of #WishlistWednesday: go.arabmisfits.com/steam

Bismillah, c'est parti ! Le Tuto de Teta est en place et je suis prêt à relever le défi. We finalized the French localization so you can experience pure disrespect in a whole new language... When it's time 😜 Go hit that Steam wishlist: go.arabmisfits.com/steam #ALoM #indiegames

I find it funny that my 6500 followers, the game's 600, and our team's 20000 add up to a massive audience, and yet we are barely sitting at 500 wishlists. The math ain't mathing, and half of you wishlisting The Arab League of Misfits would help a lot. 👉 go.arabmisfits.com/steam #IndieGame

According to our historians, ALoM could be the first ever "TCG" and card building game to be localized in Arabic... No pressure right?

When your card game mixes protest sandals, neighborhood smack talk, and geopolitical satire... Well, localization becomes a contact sport. #ALoM #indiegames
