Elon Musk has spent at least $366 million since July to boost Republicans ahead of the 2026 midterms. That’s just 0.0385% of his total net worth. Oligarchs can rig the system at the expense of everyone else, and only spend pennies doing so. We must get Big Money out of politics.

Ossoff: "I have no interest in running for president in 2028, and to be very frank, with just 16 days before the polls close, I want to urge everybody out there to remain focused on the task at hand. The Trump admin is out of control, they've lied us into war, they've sent prices skyrocketing ... "

You Can See Everything is an incredible experience, there's nothing quite like it (in true Nathan Fielder fashion), but it's also such a perfect complement to MUSK

This is not okay. Trump’s administration is threatening “devastating” retaliation if European officials move forward with plans that could restrict Elon Musk’s Starlink access to parts of the European market.

Political analysts note that Netanyahu's defense of the settler community comes at a highly sensitive time, as Israel prepares for Knesset elections, requiring him to protect his right-wing, pro-settlement voting base

• Asymmetrical Comparison: While stating that Israel is a country of law and that he opposes vigilantism, he emphasized that these actions should not be compared to what he described as thousands of lethal, organized terrorist attacks directed against Israeli civilians.

WELKER: Do you believe Democrats should impeach President Trump should they take back the House? WARNOCK: Listen, Donald Trump is a crook. And he's gotta go. And the people who are enabling him, they all have to be held accountable.

Baiting bears with doughnuts and bacon grease, then shooting them at close range. That’s what the Trump administration is bringing back to Alaska’s national preserves.

I’m still not entirely sure what to make of Faux, Keith McNally’s son’s restaurant, which is not very good, but also sort of precious & special in the specificity of its not-very-goodness. I can’t figure out if I even like it. I like what I wrote about it, though! www.newyorker.com/culture/the-...

“Activists and movements around the world are increasingly vulnerable to decisions made by powerful technology platforms that can determine who gets heard and who gets silenced.”

In the middle of it, Meta suspended the coalition’s Instagram account for about ninety minutes. The featured graphic on the page at the time read VOTE EARLY. “They suspended it. We didn’t have access to it. We couldn’t post to it. Nobody could go to the page,” said Ezra Levin of Indivisible.

Meta did not answer organizers for the entire hour and a half, then acknowledged it had made a “bad call.” The page is visible again and the administrators still cannot log in, which means they can watch their own account and not use it. Nobody has established why it happened,
