As I relive that terrible day & those heart wrenching stories & am reminded my cancer risk is increased for having breathed the air there, I’m also reminded that somewhere in Iran, parents will be memorializing their dead school children for years to come. And I have to ask: What have we learned?

Trump has wrecked many iconic D.C. sites, and now he’s taking an axe to trees in East Potomac Park, including historic cherry trees. I’ve heard from so many locals who hate this, but all Trump's people care about is appeasing his massive ego. This is awful.

A 5-year-old Texan just spent the first day of school in an ICE detention center. ICE kidnapped Liam Tadeo on his way to a soccer game with his dad. Liam should be in kindergarten. Instead, our government has thrown him in a prison camp hundreds of miles from home.
