Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

The issue is not surrendering. It’s understanding that policy differences don’t make a damn bit of difference if you no longer have the democratic structures in place to debate and decide them. Unite over saving democracy, then we can go back to fighting over our policy differences.

I've heard the term "underaged women" used more than once in otherwise solid takes on the Epstein cover-up by pundits I follow, and it's pretty fucked up if you think about it. Have you ever, and I mean EVER, heard someone use the phrase "underaged men"? In any context?! (a rhetorical question)
