I don’t get it… if they would have dispatched someone to deal with her if it was anyone else, why didn’t they do it to her? Of course if you treat them like they’re above the law, they will continue to act like they’re above the law.

“After the world watched Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the threats against her have only intensified. Our security procedures are based solely on legitimate safety concerns, and any attempt to politicize this reality is both dangerous and reckless,” - Mace's director of operations Cameron Morabito

When you read of elected officials behaving like a one-person wasp swarm, with the pettiest of grievances and the most colossal hubris, it’s hard not to fantasize them being mistaken for their ordinary constituents, and their “behavior being addressed” good and hard.

Should have done it anyway. Nobody in politics is beyond reproach, nor except from treating people with respect, dignity, and humanity. Anybody with this much ego, who feels so far above and removed from the populace should be removed from their position immediately. Call it Standard of Humility.

Republicans have shown that they are all compromised. And voters have voted in people that are mentally ill. Voters have voted for criminals. Their president is a felon.

She's clearly unwell. Obviously unfit to serve in public office and completely insufferable, but also likely dealing with some serious issues. I hope to see out of public life for obvious reasons, but also hope she gets the help she clearly needs.

Why? She can find her way to the gate by herself. Why does she need an escort? What would happen if the Charleston County Aviation Authority Police Department had simply told her, “no, nobody will be there for you”?

Another case of "Saying the right thing for all the wrong reasons." The police in fact fucking incompetent, so much so they don't even try to have plausible excuses to murder unarmed people. But you'll never get a conservative to admit that.
