Courts will have a hard time enforcing their rules. ICE just claimed that 2 weeks of video footage from a detention center in TX was accidentally missing after a “system crash”

Hard to grasp the this court order was even needed. But considering all the deceptive and fraudulent actions by the Trump administration, it was certainly necessary.

But won't they do it anyway? They don't follow or respect the law.

Does “enjoin” mean “stop” ?

Fat lot of good this will do - they were ordered to turn the planes around and to release the files. Neither happened, but no one has been held accountable.

And what will be done about the fact they already got rid of it? Or just won't listen to the order?

Or else, what? They keep breaking the law because there are no consequences.

The rule of law is still holding but team Trump sure makes it hard to enforce by ignoring the rule of law!

Thank heavens the judiciary upheld the rule of law!
