Courts will have a hard time enforcing their rules. ICE just claimed that 2 weeks of video footage from a detention center in TX was accidentally missing after a “system crash”

Hard to grasp the this court order was even needed. But considering all the deceptive and fraudulent actions by the Trump administration, it was certainly necessary.

Fat lot of good this will do - they were ordered to turn the planes around and to release the files. Neither happened, but no one has been held accountable.

And what will be done about the fact they already got rid of it? Or just won't listen to the order?

Or else, what? They keep breaking the law because there are no consequences.

Someone explain to me, as though I am 5 years old, how in the world any REAL law enforcement officer would approach civilians, masked, scream profanities at them, pepper spray them, break peoples car windows, yank them out of cars, sep. families & ship them off to some prison w/no due process???

DHS/CBP are just lying. If you see their lips moving and sound coming out of them, they just lie. If they post on social media, they lie.
