A tremendous thank you to @w3cj.com for his incredible skills in production, editing, sound design and helping me get this as good as it was. It can't be overstated how much he did for this video.

Thank you for not limiting the scope of solutions to “take better care of yourself.” We need to recognize that overwork (before and after AI) has systemic causes, and healthy people require systems that allow for self-care.

Cool video, but I couldn't complete the survey because I actually use AI (autocomplete, code reviews, one-off scripts) but I don't use agents on a daily bases. I'm probably part of a minority, but in my opinion it's a way to be more productive without loss of sense in the job.

thank you. been feeling down for so long. the joy is gone. worked my ass off all this time, making sacrifices, and it don't matter anymore. feeling expendable.

Good topic 👍 thanks for giving it visibility. A lot of important projects are also spiralling in an attempt to keep up with competition, but losing their original mission. Would love to see everyone slow down and regain some of that focus and passion

I also had similar experiences from Claudr code during the fable launch days and i remember i had a terrible pain -- it seemed like psychosis or they're deliberately trying to induce something in devs through mind training.
