I recently added a max 15 min a day limit on social media. Its really nice to be blocked to not use the apps I switched Social media with Feedly and tech articles

Seems sensible! I find it's way to easy to let a whole Sunday go down the drain from consuming too much YouTube and such.

Putting limits on these things is a good investment into your own life. I would rather spend 5 min on social media and 55 min coding then 1 hour social media
