I know the 2024 game lacked polish at launch, but it would have been cool if Star Wars Outlaws had received a reception at least half as warm as Zero Company and Galactic Racer. But take my word for it: it’s great—don’t miss out on it. It's one of the best Original trilogy-like adventure 🖖

Outlaws is on my backlog and hoping to get to it after Control Resonant! Absolutely loved Zero Company. Was already there for the Xcom gameplay but was not expecting all the character and story focus they did and that became the best part for me.

It is the absolute best Cantina Simulator ever made... just incredible at recreating that feel of wandering through a hive of scum and villainy and then getting in a good round of Sabacc. It deserved so much better!!

I really enjoyed this game. Okay it has some bugs (on ps5), but it was pretty solid by the time I sunk ohhhh 70 hours into it… My ship was completely upgraded! Occasionally startling visuals & an excellent soundtrack too.

I found the main character grating. I think she was just written wrong but I also don’t like the “bumbling, insecure, manic pixie dream girl” archetype anyway. It’s there to make the story light but it felt out of place.

One of its greatest joys is just basking in those worlds & slowly taking time to explore. Unfortunately it's a decently long game & the review period was way too short.

I wish it had more variety in the outfit/ship/speeder customization, but it's still a very solid game overall like shit I wanna deck out Kay Vess in full Beskar armor damnit, that woulda gone HARD, and also make the ship/speeder customization kinda like Starfield or No Man's Sky đź‘€

Overbearing and needless copy protection didn't help. They want my money? Fine. But doesn't give them the right to force installing what amounts to spyware crap.

seemed cool but was just a bunch of fetch quests for the first few hours (with light starship combat) and i gave up. hope they make mote games like this for people who liked it. i did kinda like the writing even it it seemed a bit “syfy”

I agree that Outlaws was dealt a bad hand and didn’t get the respect it deserved. It was a little shaky at launch but they quickly patched and fixed most issues. I’m concerned about the longevity of Zero Company, considering the team was furloughed and now Racer is getting all the limelight
