Articles and books, because regardless of the topic, most of the time I like to learn and absorb information through text the most.

Conference talks or replays of conference talks.

shadowing someone's process, i found, works better than courses. for example, I love watching Twitch streamers working on an app. making mistakes, trying to figure out things.
