Every member of the military knows not to follow an unconstitutional order. They talk of their personal willingness to sacrifice life and liberty for their country and its citizens. That moral fiber is going to be severely tested. I pray they hold firm.

As a former soldier, you know all their tricks. Same goes for any other discharged/retired military. The DD214 doesn't strip you of your training, your conditioning, or of your personal firearms.

Find the uncooperative attorneys in contempt Fine them. Establish a pattern of disobeying court orders. Order opposing counsel to notify the bar of what they have done. The bar will investigate and render a punishment which could include disbarment.
