Practically, yeah. I’m more curious how they’re calculating total volume and what assumptions they make about certain movements. I suspect @coachjerry.dad ‘s méthodologie is their prescribed path.

Apparently Jerry’s coaching tips are now of the French persuasion based on my autocorrect in that last message lol.

Paul’s right in that at the end of the day, if you’re just consistent in how you track, then you are going to still see trend and know how to progress weight/reps anyway. Same with food tracking. If you’re “wrong” just always be “wrong” and you’ll be fine

I mean to be clear I believe you should figure out how to do it “right” but it doesn’t really matter if you log 10 reps by 50 lbs or 20 reps by 25 lbs the math is even either way you just gotta be consistent
