Given that you post fake news and don’t take it down when flagged, why should we believe you’re doing anything other than trolling DOGE to increase your digital street cred? Still waiting for you to respond to the last time I brought this up in your feed.

Cutting $880B from Medicaid would leave millions uninsured, close rural hospitals, overwhelm ERs, worsen public health, and spike medical debt. Seniors, kids, and people with disabilities would suffer most. Job losses in healthcare and economic strain would ripple nationwide.

You forgot Starlink, Boring and Solar Coty which ALL benefited from govt benefits and subsidies. It’s more like 33billion he has cost us. He knew his day of reckoning was near so he needed a desperate Hail Mary. Doug Flutie step aside.

even if it saved multiple trillions, starting with your medical sector to enact cuts so you can pay for tax cuts for billionaires is a little like selling your kid’s baby food to pay for more jewellery for yourself

Great summary. Was there also a new award to Elon on the faa overhaul? Wasn’t sure what that totaled but the idea that this was ever about a balanced budget is total bs.

They have no plans… This Project 2025 was the plan. Hand the govt over for billionaires to get tax cuts… Then repeat the lie that 326 million ppl need small govt… Privatize it all & Watch it burn.

TSLA employees in USA total: 125,000 Pls provide evidence for those numbers as TSLA paid back its govt grant 9 yrs early is what NBC reported back at the time PS - Elon’s other compny SpaceX employs about 15,000 Then theres Neuralink and Boring Co and xAI

Medicaid, not Medicare. (Medicare patients are likely to be affected if hospitals and clinics close because of lack to money from Medicaid patients).

Well the orange faced rapist has spoken and now the US public will pay for 10 more years to provide trillion$ to the rich! Bring the FIGHT to a Republican near you, wherever they're hiding, you have 2 weeks before the vote. That's how the system works, YOU have to MAKE them hear YOU! Just sayin'

Scott Just listened to the Pivot podcast. I greatly appreciate what you said about Canada. FYI, part of the new series of Reecher was filmed in St. John's, Newfoundland. And I agree, Taylor Kitsch would be an excellent choice for James Bond. But he's not American, but Canadian. Thanks

The exquisite moral mathematics of our times: tens of billions in corporate welfare are a *necessary* investment, but a single dime spent on the infirm or elderly is reckless profligacy. The priesthood of austerity always demands its pound of flesh—from the poor, never the powerful.

If we must tighten our belts, then the burden should be shared, not shoved onto those who can least afford it. That’s what a nation of citizens—not just consumers and corporations—should demand. Because we’re Americans, for fuck’s sake!

Excessive healthcare admin costs due to multipayer system ~$265bn. Inflated medical costs vs G7 average: ~$250bn Subsidies to oil & gas companies ~$5bn

💯Listened to your pod Raging Moderates today - wish the Dems would use your talking points of simple and common sense rebukes to the Regime in place now. Pls keep up the good work, our country needs it 👊👊

United States: - GDP per Capita: $87,067 - Social Mobility: Ranked 27th Sweden: - GDP per Capita: $59,508 - Social Mobility: Ranked 4th Check my pinned post to read the full list of things Swedes receive for free (or at a very low cost) compared to people in the USA.

That’s the consequence of the wealth gap on full display for everyone to see and feel! I have a feeling that they know not what they do and they certainly will not be forgiven! Shame! Just shame!

What is the polite & persuasive way to explain to people we care about who have supported Trump that they’re being scammed? I want to grab them by the collar and scream in their face how fucking stupid they are but I know that will accomplish nothing. How do we get through to them?

I sometimes wonder if they really can. If I could go back 10 years and ask people in my life who have supported Trump if they would still do so if… And then list any number of the terrible things he has done… they would’ve said hell no. That’s my red line. But somehow the line just keeps moving.

I have been checking on it regularly. Any little bit of savings is helpful, but can you please show me where the “scam” is? I’m really open to seeing it. If you can show me something in there of financial significance that is an outright scam I would support trashing it. Please share.

I don't work there so I can only go by what they publish, but you hear one thing, you can dismiss it, but one thing after the other? Where there is smoke there is fire. Btw, do you not feel that Dems flying 1000s of illegals into swing states, and diverting billions to this cause is a form of scam?

Perhaps follow DOGE on X. Millions going to weird NGO's. Just one example, The United States Democracy Center received 17 millions and produced a couple of lousy muppet videos with 200 views each. Where's the money? Stuff like below are purely wasteful, I also call that a form of scam

Let's cut back all electric car subsidies like trump promised, and ask blue origin to beat the contracts SpaceX is occupying. That should save 100 billion right there

Here’s the thing - the American public had the information, they knew; they democratically asked for their social security and medicare to be cut to give more money to musk via corporate socialism

Those republicans can’t even fxxking add! They would rather take $ from moms with newborns, seniors, health care for children, elderly & long term care, VA hospitals and care, is there a worse word than fxxking greedy?

I also took ethics classes in business school & had ethics built into multiple other classes. The focus of my program was on how to be a good manager and that employees are stakeholders in the business and matter. Employee knowledge is a business asset & matters as much if not more than equipment.

Sorry. Everyone else I've met with a business degree acts like they got a completely different education & they seem to have skipped ethics or maybe ignored it. I just went to a state school so it was mostly people working during the day and in school at night. It wasn't fancy at all.

😂😂 Trump has hardly any support. His voters are 50% just dumb people who think the stock market will go up and inflation go down if they vote for the Nazis. Bug they’re not Nazis philosophically, only by bribery.

Even if the US survives the tangerine turd's term, the deep damage done to every institution will take years maybe decades to repair if at all possible and chances are it won't be. And this is all on magats and republicans when history books look back on the abrupt fall of what was the world leader.

It’s true. It takes decades to create a system that works well and can handle everything. Someone who just entered government can’t understand who is doing and how it impacts in the long term

Communism for the rich, Hunger Games for the poor. The DOGE "efficiencies" and cuts to social services are not about saving money so much as they are about terrorizing workers and institutionalizing serfdom. The tax cuts will entrench this. Home of the free? Nope. Meritocracy? Hell no.
