How does that work in your head? GOP governors and legislators have been sacrificing their constituents every which way giving Trump free rein; do you think they'll suddenly get concerned about harm under a Dem pres? OC not. They'll point to the Dem pres withholding aid and use it to fundraise.

Ideally, what you actually want is a supportive news media. "This state received the funds readily. For context, a similar hurricane with Trump had a similar state told to help themselves." Like, grind faces into their own shit. We want *leadership* to suffer. And *voters* convinced.
