I have adhd which is kind of like that except all the tags are emphemeral and seeing them makes me want to curl up into a ball and hide.

I mean I also have adhd and so when someone tries to make me do something about one of them I do the same re: hiding, but then I will randomly fixate on some subset voluntarily and decide to fix them for everyone.
