If they have jurisdiction for this, then they must have jurisdiction for the multiple other offences that ICE commit on a daily basis. Why aren't Districts urging their police to actively police the terrorists?

👏👏👏 Leave no stone unturned. There's also the civil lawsuit route. Jonathan Ross was NOT in harms way when he stood at the SIDE of the car, near the Good's; DOOR, and shot Good through the open Driver's window. Ross slowly walked to and from the crashed Pilot - no sign of injury!

As they should. If a jury hears the evidence and decides he's not guilty, so be it. But if they find him guilty of manslaughter, or even of homicide, that's right, too. No one should be above the law, including law enforcement officers.* *though I do wonder what law Good was breaking.

Obstructing the street? Obstructing federal agents? Neither is subject to summary execution. They could have approached the car and told her to move her car or be subject to arrest. Then leave her room to safely comply. They wanted a confrontation and they induced one.

The problem will be. 1. Completing an investigation without DHS/FBI cooperation. 2. Arresting a guy being protected by the feds out of state and in a MAGA friendly state.

Easy to say because of the videos, but criminal trials involve much detail to cross every t. For example, without Fed help how does the prosecution prove something as basic as that the masked man in the video is the defendant sitting in the courtroom?

One of the most shocking aspects of this tragedy is the different ways in which different persons have described the incident. Some descriptions, using words like 'weaponisation' and 'terrorist' appear to being used in an odd context.

Noem's BS that the locals have no jurisdiction was just plain stupid. But that's fine, stupid is their go-to. Just say whatever you need to say in the moment to get what you want. No sense of ethics at all, just blast through with BS. And is seems they think they get extra points for stupidity.

And objective reasonableness is determined by reviewing the rules in these situations. Those rules include not shooting at fleeing suspects and not jumping in front of moving cars. This agent broke both those rules & a finding of not objectively reasonable should be pretty straightforward

🤣🤣🤣 Missing some context but I know he thinks he is one. He makes shit up and has no awareness of how ignorant he is. He was going to take the LSAT but chickened out (Wikipedia) and decided to focus on being professional dipshit.

good-can't wait to hear about his training & what class he graduated from to allow him to wear the ICE costume-murdering this woman was intentional & not in response to being threatened for his life-process him ASAP-don't waste a minute-arrest him NOW & process him!

Some suggestions to get them started with state charges that can’t be pardoned: Third degree Murder? (Minn Stat Ss 609.195(a) Second-degree manslaughter? (Minn Stat Ss 609.205(1) Reckless Discharge of a Firearm? (Minn Stat Ss 609.66, subd. (1)a(1)

I admire States and communities that take their cases into their own hands. This is an example to follow and a very important democratic right. Let's go...follow this mode of leadership all over USA and the world.

SCOTUS has zero enforcement mechanism It’s based on good faith but pls show me where the supreme court has any power at all to enforce laws Gop thumbed their nose at a ruling and nobody said shit

OF COURSE IT DOES!! The Supremacy Clause does not provide immunity for these criminal actions -- first degree murder with special (aggravated factors) circumstances. e.g. unique factors making the crime especially heinous, showing extreme disregard for life, society, or specific individuals.

Charge him then... stop talking about it. To much talking and no action. Don't tell me you can or might charge him. Do it. And then get to work on charging the Republikkkans who allowed this to happen.

What's nice about this is: a federal pardon won't prevent it, and there is no statute of limitation for murder. This murderer may walk free for the next few years, but he won't escape consequences forever. My bet? ICE hasn't even put him on suspension.

Murder is a state law crime. Federal pardon ineffective. IDGAF if local US attorney tries to remove the case to federal District Court for dismissal. Seek indictments against ICE shooter Jonathan Ross, and secure an arrest warrant ✊ #RepublicansCantGovern #VoteBlueToSaveAmerica 💙🇺🇸 #remove47

I’m not sure what’s worse.. a Cop kneeling on a man’s neck for 10 unobstructed minutes or an ICE agent blowing a mothers head off.

You’re making sense to me. Both incidents seem almost like a plant to get crowds riled up and enact the insurrection act. Both during a Trump presidency.

And now I heard they are trying to say antifa shot her to make ICE look bad. I will only believe that if Renee Good shows up at an Ilhan Omar rally with a maxi pad on her miraculously healed ear.

Hell, yes they do! Go down to Texas and ask that governor if his Rangers had jurisdiction against border patrol people about 15 years ago? Fed agents are not allowed to commit state crimes. This is especially true for murder, kidnapping, and sex trafficking.

Let’s go! The cities and local governments are our only recourse against the Trump regime’s militarized domestic terror operation in our cities! Expose the atrocities and those that commit them !!!

Does anyone know if the elusive Mr. Ross has any previous arrests or convictions to his name? Multiple DUIs? Aggravated assault? Lewd and lascivious behavior? Is there a third strike law in Minnesota? He just seems like the type.

Of course they do. Unfortunately the FBI and ICE and this administration all know who the brute was and they’ve probably rewarded him and then Epstein’d him away to some tropical paradise for the rest of his life because this he did exactly what they wanted, terrorized us all.

A presidential pardon is only applicable to federal charges. If the great state of MN brings him to trial the President has no say in the matter. And MN does have jurisdiction. If the feds fail to indict, MN can bring their own charges.

Democrats speaking to news media need to use the word "coverup" when describing the attempt to limit the investigation to Federal authorities. Shooting someone, killing someone are local/state crimes. No coverup. "What are the hiding?" 24/7

Even if their deranged federal immunity holds up, prosecute anyway and then affected parties should sue in civil court. Even if all the plaintiffs lose, make Jonathan Ross bankrupt through litigation. Trump has taught us that that is a powerful weapon.
