Oooh...ignoring the locked down work machine, how do you automate that?

I have a script that checks camera state and is always running in the background, and if camera is on another script hits a webhook url I created for my home automation system that turns on/off lights. You can also trigger an Apple Shortcut but I was able to skip that step and hit my url directly 😀

Since I’m not an admin I couldn’t stream the camera state, but I found a workaround that grabs data from my specific webcam 👍

I would loooove this! So you can do this without running anything on the work machine?

I have stuff running on my work machine but it's all "approved" safe things (so far!). No one has yelled at me yet :D
