Yeah agreed digital or physical, you should be able to resell. EU has it right. I meant $5 more for physical to cover the case and shipping costs. Ultimately physical media will eventually be surpassed by digital because of cost which is why I don't mind paying $5 more for a case+code.

We can all agree on 2 basic things, #FuckSony and don't harass regular employees. Direct your anger at the CEO, shareholders, etc.

I actually was cool with what Sony was doing until now.

I really don't like Sony and those who make these decisions. What I will do is simply abandon everything related to Playstation and Sony. There are plenty of other games to play and I see no reason to own or play with Playstation. It is just a bad Company.

Target harassment at shareholders and institutional investors instead.

Making their employees their scapegoats, it makes me mad when a company and/or corporation don’t own up to their mistakes, why don’t they just give us the people what we want return to physical media

Why target employees?? They are just workers, doing their job, making a living & had no effect on the digital decision. People just want be mad at anyone

The customer support people don't deserve this; they didn't make these decisions. There needs to be a way of contacting executives directly. If you want to run a public company, you should be available to the public, sorry.
