Nautical AND fun!

Pity the DJ didn’t go down with the ship.

oh my god

A personal favorite

“We just heard ‘Run Come See Jerusalem’ and ‘The Golden Vanity’, a Yacht Rock block from Bok, Trickett & Muir…”

Well tbh that would fit better, at least it’s hopeful. Edmund Fitzgerald is just a through and through dirge, straight up an Elegy

😂😱

oh look, this one is about a boat [spins "the ballad of gilligans isle"]

yacht rock weekend would’ve made whitefish bay if she’d put fifteen more miles behind ‘er…

I'm not sure the concept held water to begin with.

The main problem is there isn't a weekends worth of Yacht rock even on commercial radio where it's mostly station ID telling you that the next song is coming up soon.

i heard they’ve been playing that song from the Chippewa on down

Oh my god

There's a song by Thomas Dolby called The Wreck Of The Fairchild, I like how it sounds, its mostly instrumental. Just thought I'd mention it!
