Change is, as we know, sometimes very difficult. Can you offer a suggestion about tools to use to evaluate options when faced with change? Sample scenario - a person needs to make a choice about whether or not to navigate a difficult life choice. Could be professional or personal.

Honestly my favorite place to start is with an exercise called "Choice Point". Identifying what your primary value is can often times make it easier to then make the decision on whether you want to heads towards it or away from it Problem Solving/Pros and Cons can help decide

And there are many reasons why you ultimately may move away from a value, but then you need to be able to make peace with that. A lot of this is based in Acceptance and Commitment which is the idea that if you are going to take action you Commit to it
