Ran the Portland half marathon! 🏃🏻‍♀️🥳🏅 Reached my goal of 2h10 without stopping! I've been focusing a lot more on zone 2 training and I could feel it's slowly paying off 😃 Definitely felt better than my last half a couple months ago.
