That was my impression when I first saw the trailer. It looked like one of these abundant fan trailers on youtube created with ai. Uncannily familiar but not quite there.

I was too old for Harry Potter but read the first book to my daughter ten years ago. I could not believe the whole project wasn't launched into the sun after we got to the banker goblins.

this is how i feel anytime someone tells me they still use facebook, instagram, snapchat, X, tik tok, spotify, or any form of ai. not only are they feeding the beast, they are offering prime cuts from their own bodies.

I'm one of those people. I appreciate your sympathy, but I actually don't need it. I can still keep the impressions and even some of the lessons I gleaned from the original work in my heart and still support my LGBTQ+ friends over her bigotry. 🌈

This isnt even that hard to do. Harry Potter was a huge part of my childhood, but the positive memories are of time shared with friends and loved ones, not the books, and I can decouple the warmth those gatherings brought me from the nostalgia. Rowling can't ruin your memories; only you can do that.

Yep, and I've been amazed at how many Grey's story lines are copied straight from ER. Some of the Grey's actors had 1-2 episode appearances on ER.

They don't have 22-23 episodes every year. Alternately, time flies when you're elderly, and maybe it just seems that way to me.
