For some time, I've used GeForce Now to play some games that are not natively available on the Mac. It works generally great, but it has a major flaw: persistence in case of a game crash or a network error. I'm currently playing Caravan SandWitch. I started with GeForce Now.

But I moved to crossover because of the very regular session losses. After having played for 1h for example, losing your current session results in the remove VM closing before Steam has the time to properly upload the current save to its cloud infrastructure. Therefore, this hour is lost.

I'm not sure why, but the game seems to have difficulties with the way nVidia virtualizes GPUs. Before that, I played A Plague Tale: Innocence without problems. I don't now if this is a Caravan SandWitch or a GeForce Now problem. Either way, the game is great and you should play it.
