New project, v0.1

v0.2

We're at something like v0.9 and we've got five of them. Halfway there.

Tower of power

A nice detail 👀

Arduinos for the microswitches (Esc key, power / sleep button) and LED control

And here they are in their final destination: Drexel University's Pearlstein Gallery, for an exhibit titled Escape > Control > Play (pic featuring @najayg.bsky.social )

Do you know what controllers they’re using?

This is the coolest shit I've seen in a while. Well done!! Wish I wasn't on the other side of the country, I would totally love to check it out

Show opens next week, come enjoy UFO 50 on an LX and experience the rest of the show (including Multibowl by Bennett Foddy and AP Thompson, which you can't really play outside of an event). There's an incredible exhibit on LGBTQ games from the Rainbow Arcade's Adrienne Shaw and Drexel's Ari Gass

Will share more next week, but if this is your shit and you're nearby, it's worth making the time. Gaming can be such a solitary pursuit; it's nice to see it elevated in a communal space usually reserved for high culture.

Helllll yeah, that's so cool!!
