I suppose this is me looking a gift horse in the mouth, but iTerm updates *so* often now it’s genuinely disruptive. I don’t want to get prompted to upgrade and restart all my terminal sessions every few days, haha. Wonder if I should just look at Terminal dot app again and see if it’s good enough.

i found that the Test track is updated less often than the Stable one, which feels silly but at least I dont see the update prompt as often

yeah, it may not last but clearly the update cadence has been slower on the beta branch for the past few months lol. But really iTerm needs a way to change the update cadence..

Yeah, if I could just say “skip the point releases other than security, just give me the major releases” I’d probably be happier.
