Everyone is rightly focused on his "low wage foreigners" comment but I'm infuriated by the "we're going to restore dignity to the working class by bringing back manufacturing." NO YOU WON'T. MASS HIGH WAGE FACTORY EMPLOYMENT FOR NON-COLLEGE EDUCATED WORKERS IS NOT COMING BACK. YOU KNOW THIS.

I made steering columns for $21.25 an hour + "benefits" like having that hourly wage go to health insurance payments, 401k monthly deduction, state/federal income tax, and charitable donations. Overtime and double overtime pay helps but grinds you down.
