Nice. I'd also offer on day one legislation that either eliminates the pardon power of POTUS, or restructures it so that ALL pardons are vetted through representatives of both major parties (e.g. Gang of 8 in Congress). There no longer will be a "sweep of the hand by POTUS" to pardon.
