They already made one that suits him perfectly. Novgorod was a monitor built for the Imperial Russian Navy in the 1870s. She was one of the most unusual warships ever constructed, and still survives in popular naval myth as one of the worst warships ever built. Look it up.

These battleships will only be tasked with the job of delaying their inevitable descent to the bottom of the ocean after a display of expensive fireworks, then to become artificial reefs. They will be crewed solely with AI, thus saving thousands of US sailors.

Not sure about abnormal. For any reasonable people maybe, but pretty much standard behaviour for Trump. Especially as he desperately needs a distraction from his party breaking a law he recently signed into law re the Epstein files, hence his talk of annexing Greenland from Denmark, a NATO member.
